Adult Education Professional Learning Pathways (PLP)
We aim to support adult education providers in delivering effective, inclusive, and impactful learning experiences for adult learners across the state.
What We Do
Opportunities and Resources for Professional Growth
The PLP team offers learning opportunities to the field that support their professional growth and help them stay abreast of effective and emerging practices. We manager numerous digital resources and offer ongoing education in content areas such as:
Program management
Math
Reading & writing
ESOL
Technology integration support
Professional Learning On Demand
The PLP offers virtual webinars and in-person workshops by local and national presenters, as well as on-demand activities, many of which are housed in the “Resource Collection” page of this site. The team provides unique opportunities for practitioners to increase their knowledge and skills, such as supporting practitioner conference attendance or involving teachers in coaching to lead a workshop within their subject area.
