This session will help ESL instructors understand what is in the new CASAS STEPS test series (ELPs, CASAS Competencies, and Tasks) and how to use the new reports to make instructional decisions.

The focus is on ESL instruction, understanding the Reading STEPS and Listening STEPS Test Blueprints, reviewing Sample Test Items, and analyzing TOPSpro Enterprise (TE) reports to guide learning where students need support. Participants will take home a PD activity that can be used to analyze their students’ test results and reports.
