Classroom Strategies & Materials For Addressing Racial Equity

Come learn some strategies for addressing racial equity in the classroom in a way that also teaches standards-aligned basic skills.

Bringing up issues of race and ethnicity can lead to challenging conversations, but there are ways to productively navigate those moments in such a way that you build community and foster persistence among your students. Participants will leave with ready-to-use teaching activities that work for in-person or remote learning.
